Estas diferencias entre CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, CAT7, CAT7a y Cat8 en el contexto de la UTP ( par trenzado sin blindaje ) Tipo de cable de 100 ohmios utilizados para el cableado Ethernet. CATx es una abreviatura para el n\u00famero de categor\u00eda que define el comportamiento de la construcci\u00f3n de cableado de telecomunicaciones como se indica por la normas de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Industrias Electr\u00f3nicas (EIA ) .<\/p>\r\n<figure id=\"attachment_1903\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1903\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.openup.es\/wordpress\/wp-admin\/www.openup.es\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1903 size-medium\" title=\"Cable cat5e cat6 cat7 cat7a\" src=\"https:\/\/www.openup.es\/wordpress-new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/rj45_pinout-300x296.gif\" alt=\"rj45_pinout\" width=\"300\" height=\"296\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1903\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rj45_pinout<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\n<p>Cableado UTP se ha convertido en la construcci\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de las compa\u00f1\u00edas de cable pues es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de instalar y menos costoso. Dentro de las CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, CAT7, CAT7a y Cat8, los UTP CAT3 y CAT4 se utilizaron durante un tiempo muy limitado, ya que la aparici\u00f3n de las redes 100Base -TX dio lugar a un cambio r\u00e1pido a CAT5 . La Categor\u00eda 6 cuenta con especificaciones m\u00e1s estrictas para crosstalk y ruido del sistema . El est\u00e1ndar de cable proporciona un rendimiento de hasta 250 MHz y es adecuado para 10BASE -T \/ 100BASE -TX y 1000BASE -T \/ 1000BASE -TX (Gigabit Ethernet) .<\/p>\r\n<p>El cable consta de cuatro pares de hilos de cobre trenzados. Este es el mismo como el CAT5 y CAT5e est\u00e1ndares de cables de cobre . Cat- 6 tambi\u00e9n se hace con un cable de calibre 23 , sin embargo esto no es un requisito . La especificaci\u00f3n ANSI\/TIA-568-B.2-1 indica que el cable se puede hacer con 22 a 24 AWG. Para los cables de conexi\u00f3n de red de \u00e1rea local , Cat- 6 es normalmente terminado con conectores modulares 8P8C. Los conectores RJ45 para Cat.6 se hacen con los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s altos y un dise\u00f1o de mayor rendimiento en la alineaci\u00f3n de los pines de contacto el cual reducen el ruido provocado por el crosstalk. La atenuaci\u00f3n , NEXT (Near End Crosstalk ) y PSNEXT (Power Sum Near End Crosstalk ) son significativamente m\u00e1s bajos en comparaci\u00f3n con Cat-5\/5e . Hay un problema con los cables Cat- 6 , que es que son m\u00e1s grandes. Por lo tanto, son m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de conectar a los conectores 8P8C sin una pieza modular especial. CAT 7 es compatible con la tradicional Cat5 y Cat6 Ethernet. Cat7 \u00a0tiene las caracter\u00edsticas y especificaciones m\u00e1s estrictas para crosstalk y ruido del sistema que Cat6 . Se ha a\u00f1adido un blindaje para los pares de cables individuales en el cable de categor\u00eda 7 .<\/p>\r\n<p>Cat7 ha sido dise\u00f1ado como un est\u00e1ndar para Gigabit Ethernet sobre 100 metros de cableado de cobre. El cable consta de cuatro pares trenzados de cobre , al igual que las normas anteriores . Cat7 podr\u00e1n resolverse con 8P8C compatibles GG45 conectores el\u00e9ctricos que incorporan el est\u00e1ndar 8P8C o con conectores TERA .<\/p>\r\n<p>Categor\u00eda 7a que tambi\u00e9n se conoce com\u00fanmente como de Categor\u00eda 7 , funciona en las frecuencias de hasta 1000 MHz . CAT7a est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para m\u00faltiples aplicaciones en un solo cable , incluyendo Gigabit Ethernet 40 Gigabit Ethernet 100 y CATV ( 862 MHz). [ 1 ] [ 2 ] [ 3 ) . Las pruebas realizadas han demostrado Gigabit Ethernet 40 funcionar\u00e1 hasta 50 metros y 100 Gigabit Ethernet es posible hasta 15 metros.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.excel-networking.com\/product\/100-910\/category-7a-cable-s-ftp-eca-ls0h-500m-reel-yellow\"><strong>Datasheet Cat7a Excel<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>La nueva normativa UTP Categor\u00eda 8<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3918 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.openup.es\/wordpress-new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/genel.jpg\" alt=\"Cables CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, CAT7, CAT7a y Cat8\" width=\"869\" height=\"241\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>La categor\u00eda 8 es la \u00faltima especificaci\u00f3n de cableado de cobre UTP. Este cable proporciona dos pares de conductores con velocidades m\u00e1ximas de se\u00f1al a 2GHz, cuatro veces m\u00e1s que el ancho de banda del cable Categor\u00eda 6A. La infraestructura de cableado Categor\u00eda 8 est\u00e1 pensada para soportar distancias cortas de unos 30 metros m\u00e1ximo, lo que implica que el cableado Categor\u00eda 8 se puede implementar \u00fanicamente en entornos de data center (no est\u00e1 pensado para cableado horizontal el cual necesita 100 metros).<\/p>\r\n<p>El cableado Categor\u00eda 8 multiplica por cuatro el ancho de banda especificado para el UTP, este importante incremento en el ancho de banda es utilizado por la aplicaci\u00f3n del 40GBASE-T para cuadruplicar la velocidad m\u00e1xima de transporte de datos anterior del BASE-T (de 10 a 40 Gbps).<\/p>\r\n<p>El objetivo de la normativa UTP Categor\u00eda 8 es tratar de imponerse a los sistemas de fibra \u00f3ptica en los data centers, ya que los sistemas basados en cobre tienen en principio un menor coste, mayor densidad de puertos, y un mantenimiento m\u00e1s sencillo que los de fibra \u00f3ptica.<\/p>\r\n<p>Los est\u00e1ndares 25GBASE-T y 40GBASE-T desarrollados en paralelo por la IEEE, incrementan la capacidad de transmisi\u00f3n a 25 Gbps \u00a0y 40 Gbps respectivamente, utilizando cableado de par trenzado Categor\u00eda 8.<\/p>\r\n<figure id=\"attachment_3633\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3633\" style=\"width: 514px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.openup.es\/wordpress-new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/cat8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3633 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.openup.es\/wordpress-new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/cat8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"514\" height=\"222\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3633\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Typical Cat 8<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\n<p><strong>Ventajas y caracter\u00edsticas de la normativa UTP Categor\u00eda 8<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Una de las ventajas m\u00e1s importantes de la Categor\u00eda 8 es su compatibilidad, ya que utiliza el mismo conector RJ45 estandarizado desde hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os. Este es el conector m\u00e1s utilizado tanto en las interfaces, como en el cableado, proporcion\u00e1ndonos compatibilidad con las categor\u00edas anteriores, lo cual nos permitir\u00e1 llevar a cabo una transici\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente y menos compleja a esta nueva categor\u00eda.<\/p>\r\n<p>Las aplicaciones que utilizan el ancho de banda de la Categor\u00eda 8 pueden autom\u00e1ticamente negociar velocidades m\u00e1s bajas, lo que facilita la mejora incremental de switches y servidores en los data centers de una forma eficiente, en lugar de migrar por completo racks y equipamiento.<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Las futuras especificaciones de cableado ir\u00e1n orientadas a mejorar la velocidad de transmisi\u00f3n a medida de que el tr\u00e1fico en las redes siga increment\u00e1ndose.
